Ivan Wu has extensive corporate experience in the utility, resource and technology sectors, business and systems, corporate advisory, investors relations, corporate governance and compliance as a result of building and directing public and private companies from start up to established public listed corporations in Australia and Asia. Ivan has an extensive investors network and a comprehensive business knowledge of domestic and international markets particularly in Australia, Singapore and Asia.

Mr Wu was previously a founding Director of a private corporate management company in Australia. In 2008, Mr Wu facilitated the successful ASX listing of Legacy Iron Ore Limited, an iron ore and gold exploration company. In 2012, Mr Wu was appointed as an Executive Director of Swift Resources Limited and managed the company’s initial public offer, a Phosphate exploration company. In 2015, he joined the board of iCandy Interactive Limited and managed the successful ASX listing of the company in February 2016, a mobile interactive games studio. In March 2016, Mr Wu was appointed a Director of iGlobal Holdings Limited (IGH) and managed the successful listing on National Stock Exchange (NSX) in June 2017, a financial education and corporate consulting company. Mr Wu was most recently a Director of Clearvue Technologies Limited (ASX: CPV), a pioneering firm in solar smart glass technology.
